Before you write

An email with these four things saves a round trip:

• the app version, under Definições → Sobre (Settings → About);
• your device model and iOS or iPadOS version;
• what you were doing, and what happened instead of what you expected;
• a screenshot, if there is anything to see.

Please don't send backups or photos of invoices. I don't need your data to understand a bug, and I don't want to hold it.

Where does my data live?

On your device, and nowhere else. The app has no accounts and no server, and sends nothing out. The details are in the privacy policy.

How do I make a backup?

Under Definições → Cópia de segurança (Settings → Backup), the app exports a single file containing every record and attached file, and hands it to the share sheet. Keep it off the phone — Files, iCloud Drive, email, wherever you prefer.

I changed phones. How do I bring the build with me?

Export the backup on the old device, install the app on the new one, and import the file from the same screen. Records and attachments both come back.

I deleted the app without a backup. Can you recover it?

No, and it isn't a matter of willingness: there is no server and no copy on the developer's side. If iPhone backup was enabled, the iOS backup may have included the app's storage — that is the only possibility, and it is managed in your system settings.

Does the app calculate IMT or Imposto do Selo?

No, and it never will. Both are banded, both vary by property type and region, and both change most years — a figure the app computed would be believed because it is a number. The app opens the field; you type what the assessment says.

Which VAT rate should I use?

The app offers the list of legal rates and lets you choose; it does not tell you which one applies to your case. That question is for your accountant, or for the contractor issuing the invoice. Nothing in this app is tax, legal or engineering advice.

Does it work offline?

It does. The app is entirely offline — nothing in it needs a connection.

Does it work on iPad?

Yes, on iPhone and iPad.

What about Android?

Not for now. If that changes, it will be said here.

Suggestions

Welcome, especially from a real building site. Worth saying what the app will not become, so nobody waits for it: no multiple users, no contractor platform, and no bank connection. It is a personal tool for someone managing their own build.
